Your feedback is very important to us and is crucial in helping us to review and improve our services to you. The feedback surveys below enable anyone who has recently received support from Solihull Adult Social Care to share their views about their safeguarding experience. Alternatively, if the person was supported by a relative or friend or an Advocate or Provider, there are relevant feedback surveys they can complete on the person’s behalf. This enables the person / representative to complete the survey at any time without waiting to be contacted by the Safeguarding Adults Board.

The survey is short and should be relatively quick to complete.
